Membership
Palace Membership offers and promotions are subject to these Terms & Conditions. To redeem any member benefits, discounts or bonuses, members must present a valid membership card at the time of purchase.
Membership is free of charge but may take up to 24 hours to become active following receipt of an application. Palace reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw membership, offers, promotions and benefits at any time without prior notice.
Palace Membership is intended for personal use only and may not be transferred, shared or used by any person other than the registered member. Palace reserves the right to suspend or cancel memberships where fraudulent or improper use is suspected.
Admission & Conduct
Children aged 3 and under are admitted free of charge. However, if a child causes a disturbance during a screening, staff reserve the right to ask the accompanying party to leave the auditorium.
Palace Cinema Gorleston is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards disruptive, abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour and reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any patron from the premises without refund.
Late admission is permitted at the discretion of management. To minimise disruption to other guests, entry may be refused once a screening has commenced.
Management's decision shall be final in relation to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.
Age Restrictions & Identification
Valid identification may be required for age-restricted films. If satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided, admission may be refused.
Staff may request valid photographic identification when purchasing tickets for, or seeking admission to, films classified as 15 or 18. If suitable identification cannot be provided, tickets may not be purchased and admission will be refused.
Tickets, Pricing & Refunds
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
Family tickets are valid only for:
- Two adults and two children; or
- One adult and three children.
Any group not meeting these requirements will be charged the applicable standard ticket prices.
Seat reservations are valid only for the screening and seat selected at the time of booking. Palace reserves the right to relocate guests to alternative seats of an equivalent standard where operationally necessary.
Film Schedules & Programme Changes
In the unlikely event that a film is unavailable or cannot be screened, Palace reserves the right to amend the programme, screening times or advertised content without prior notice.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure pricing, film information and screening times are accurate, Palace reserves the right to correct errors, omissions or inaccuracies at any time. In the event of a pricing or booking error, affected customers will be contacted and offered an appropriate remedy.
Safety & Security
In accordance with fire safety regulations, pushchairs, buggies and prams are not permitted beyond the box office area.
The use of cameras, mobile phones, recording devices or any other equipment capable of recording audio or video is strictly prohibited during screenings. Any person found recording, attempting to record, or distributing copyrighted material may be removed from the premises and reported to the relevant authorities.
Patrons are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Palace accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal property while on the premises.
Food & Drink
Only food and beverages purchased on the premises may be consumed within the cinema, unless prior permission has been granted by management.
Accessibility & CEA Card Scheme
Palace Cinema Gorleston welcomes guests with disabilities and participates in the CEA Card scheme. Guests presenting a valid CEA Card may obtain a complimentary ticket for a companion, subject to the terms of the CEA Card scheme and applicable eligibility requirements.
Reasonable adjustments will be made wherever practicable to ensure accessibility for all guests. If assistance is required, patrons are encouraged to contact the cinema in advance of their visit.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any expiry date shown on the voucher will apply. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.
Promotions & Special Offers
Unless otherwise stated, discounts, promotions and special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Promotions are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn without notice.
Website & Online Bookings
Palace Cinema Gorleston does not guarantee that its website or online booking systems will be available at all times. Palace Cinema Gorleston accepts no responsibility for losses arising from temporary unavailability, technical faults or interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
